Our menu brings together Indonesian dishes, international favourites and the pizzas we have been baking in our wood-fired oven for more than ten years.
Our pizza oven has sat at the front of the restaurant since we opened, and most evenings you can watch your pizza go in and come back out. We hand-stretch the dough, top it to order, and let the wood-fired heat do the rest, a fast bake, a blistered crust, and no two pizzas that come out quite the same.

We have been serving Candidasa for more than ten years, from our open-air restaurant on Jalan Raya Candidasa. Over the years, plenty has changed around us. What we do has stayed reassuringly straightforward.
